Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, and availability using up-to-date observability tools.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for productive and reliable application deployments.
Establish reliability standards, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.
Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning strategies.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to improve system reliability.
Implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.
Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in Azure environments.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
Create operational runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.




Participate in on-call support and production support activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure.
Robust expertise with Azure services such as:
Azure Virtual Machines
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure App Services
Azure Functions
Azure Monitor
Log Analytics
Azure Application Insights
Azure Storage Accounts
Azure Networking
Azure Load Balancer
Azure Key Vault
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Terraform
ARM Templates
Bicep
Strong knowledge of containerization technologies:
Docker
Kubernetes
Helm
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using:
Azure DevOps
GitHub Actions
Jenkins
Strong scripting skills in
PowerShell
Python
Bash
Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Load Balancing, and Firewall configurations.
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
