We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale Solar EPC projects and ensuring smooth execution from planning to commissioning.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Solar EPC project coordination.
Must have successfully coordinated 50 MW+ Solar EPC projects .
Robust understanding of project planning, execution, documentation, and site coordination.
Ability to monitor project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
Knowledge of project scheduling, procurement coordination, and progress tracking.
Familiar with safety standards, quality compliance, and project reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, and other project management tools .
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of Solar EPC projects.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site execution teams.
Resolve project-related issues
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Support management with project planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
