We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in solar sales and a robust understanding of rooftop solar systems for residential and commercial customers. The role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, following up with prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities Meet residential & housing society customers to understand their energy requirements.

Conduct site surveys and collect necessary information for proposal preparation.

Explain solar solutions, project economics, subsidies, and return on investment to customers.

Generate and present quotations and proposals.

Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Negotiate and close sales while maintaining targets.





Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM software.

Attend marketing activities when required.

Stay updated on solar products, industry trends, government policies, and subsidy schemes. RequirementsMandatory

Valuable understanding of rooftop solar systems and their components.

Experience in customer meetings, proposal presentation, and deal closure.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
