We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager – Performance Marketing to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop lead generation strategies to achieve business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize results.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and platform updates.

Requirements




8–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Advertising.
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Proven experience in quality lead generation and conversion optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of campaign tracking, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is preferred.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
Meta Certified Professional and/or Google Ads Certification.
Experience handling campaigns for multiple industries.
Ability to independently plan, execute, and scale high-performing digital campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
