Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist clients during site visits.
Showcase plots and explain project features, amenities, and location advantages.
Ensure the site is clean, secure, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled client visits.
Maintain records of client visits and site activities.
Supervise in office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Report site issues, maintenance requirements, and client feedback to management.
Ensure proper signage, plot demarcation, and basic site infrastructure are maintained.le & responsibilities
