Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies and tools, including API testing, performance testing, load testing, smoke testing, and end-to-end testing etc.
Strong understanding of web/mobile technologies, such as Angular, .Net Core, Java, PHP, and Python etc.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience with test automation, performance testing, and continuous integration
Knowledge of working with tools such as Jira, X-ray

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adequate coverage of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Define key quality metrics and establish regular reporting mechanisms to track and communicate QA progress, trends,



and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Develop and execute a robust QA strategy that aligns with business goals and ensures the delivery of high-quality products and services
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios to thoroughly evaluate software applications, features, and systems.
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address defects, facilitating timely resolutions.
Foster solid collaboration with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of quality goals and requirements
