Revenue Generation:

Own and drive store sales targets, encourage upselling, and execute local marketing or promotional events.
Team Leadership &
Training:

Coach sales associates on advanced product knowledge (gold, diamond, and precious stones), luxury selling techniques, and performance evaluations.
Inventory &
Stock Management:

Supervise daily stock audits, secure high-value merchandise, manage replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle VIP clients, build long-term brand loyalty, and resolve escalated customer queries.
Store Operations &
Compliance:





Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee billing accuracy, and ensure adherence to local retail compliance and safety protocols.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Experience: 5 years of proven retail management experience, specifically within luxury retail, fashion, or the jewelry sector.
Core Skills:
Robust business acumen and target-driven mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and high-end communication skills.
Sound technical knowledge of hallmarked gold, certified diamonds, and gemstones.
Proficiency in retail inventory software and POS/billing systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,978.97 per month
