Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Team Lead to manage and support our team of counsellors and executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in study abroad or relevant Field .

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of education counsellors and marketing strategies
Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance targets are met.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
Assist in counselling students for overseas education opportunities.
Coordinate with universities and partners for admissions and applications.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the team.
Prepare reports and track progress of team performance and student applications.





Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2–3 years of experience in the study abroad / overseas education industry or Related field.
Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles and marketing experience
Solid communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of admission and visa processes for countries .
Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven setting.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
