Swimming Pool Attendant – (KRA)

Position: Swimming Pool Attendant

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Ensure the swimming pool area is clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
Monitor pool users and enforce pool safety rules and regulations.
Check water cleanliness and report any issues with water quality or pool equipment.
Arrange and maintain pool furniture, towels, and guest amenities.
Assist guests with pool-related queries and provide courteous service.
Ensure changing rooms, showers, and surrounding areas are clean and hygienic.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Engineering department.
Ensure lifesaving equipment is available and in positive condition.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for cleanliness and maintenance.
Maintain daily pool inspection and attendance records,



if required.
Follow all health, safety, and hotel SOPs.
Respond promptly to emergencies and inform the Lifeguard or management immediately.

Skills Required:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of pool safety and hygiene.
Ability to work outdoors and in shifts.
Physically fit and attentive to guest safety.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Reporting To: Recreation Manager / Front Office Manager / Facility Manager (as applicable). Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
