Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Manage and grow social media platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Shorts, Reels

⁠ ⁠Convert podcast episodes into viral clips & reels

⁠ ⁠Plan and execute content strategy for maximum reach & engagement

⁠ ⁠Write engaging captions, hooks & storytelling-based posts

⁠ ⁠Stay updated with trending topics in Punjab (news, culture, social issues)

⁠ ⁠Handle posting schedule, consistency & content calendar

⁠ ⁠Analyze performance (views, reach, engagement) and optimize content

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with video editors & team for content production

⁠ ⁠Manage comments, DMs & audience engagement

Required Skills

⁠ ⁠Robust understanding of social media algorithms

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of viral content formats & hooks
