Understand client briefs thoroughly and independently develop strategic, insight-driven content plans and social media calendars tailored to brand goals.
Lead content ideation and copywriting for social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) with minimal supervision.
Manage Online Reputation (ORM) for assigned brands, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all consumer interactions.
Present creative content and campaign ideas confidently to clients, secure necessary approvals, and drive the process to final execution.
Ensure regular and proactive reporting to clients and internal management on campaign performance and key metrics (weekly/monthly).
Collaborate effectively with designers, video editors, media buyers, and account teams to ensure on-time and quality content delivery.
Track competitor activity to identify gaps and opportunities, and propose differentiated content strategies for the brand.
Monitor category and industry trends consistently, integrating relevant insights into future content planning and campaign design.




Conduct daily research across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) and media/news platforms (e.g., Inshorts, Google News) to share platform updates, trend alerts, and content prospects with the team.
Plan, prioritize, and track team workload effectively while maintaining quality standards.
Take ownership of timelines, quality, and output — proactively problem-solve without waiting for escalation or repeated reviews.
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring smooth execution.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
