Key Responsibilities● Develop and implement automated tests for backend systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design test strategies.● Design and execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.● Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.● Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.● Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on testing best practices.

Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.● 7+ years of experience in backend testing,



performance testing and test automation.● Proficiency in Java language.● Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.● Strong knowledge of backend technologies and architectures.● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.● Solid attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace.● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.● Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.● Knowledge of SQL and database testing.● Relevant certifications in software testing.
