We are seeking a passionate Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions. This role is critical for driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions, particularly in the retail domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and deploy AI/ML solutions at scale.
Lead a team of engineers to implement and optimize machine learning models.
Develop creative AI/ML solutions with a focus on retail and other industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business goals.
Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Deploy models using best practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience & Expertise:




Proven track record of implementing at least 5 scalable AI/ML solutions (retail domain experience is a plus).
7+ years in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning algorithms.
Robust hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or R.
Experience with data engineering, pipelines, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
Robust knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
