Role Description

This is a full time, in office role located in Mumbai for an International Customer Service Representative. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional service to our international clientele.

Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
SSC/HSC/ GRADUATE
Freshers and Experienced Both can

Location - Thane, Malad, Andheri, Powai, Mira Road

Salary - upto 42k

Shifts - US Rotational Night Shifts / 2 days Rotational weekoffs
