Lead and manage the social media team across platforms

Has a robust understanding of reels, hooks, pacing, and editing workflows
Monitor analytics, audience insights, and optimize performance strategies

Who we are looking for:




2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or entertainment/media ecosystems
Strong understanding of content curation, performance marketing, and audience engagement
Can curate content and edit content basis todays' trends.
Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Robust client servicing and communication skills.
Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and short-form content
Well-versed with AI tools beyond ChatGPT/Claude for content, workflows, and optimization

Bonus:
Experience in entertainment, celebrity, paparazzi, or creator-led content ecosystems.
