Role Summary: Digital Marketing & Social Media Growth Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketer to lead our multi-channel social media presence and drive foot traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation: Design high-converting social media graphics, carousels, and promotional banners.

Video Production: Edit short-form videos and reels using trending audio, captions, and seamless transitions.

Page Management: Handle daily posting, community engagement, and brand consistency on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,



and X (Twitter).

Local Search & Directory Optimization: Manage and optimize local search engine listings (Google Business Profile, local directories) to capture nearby searches.

Lead & Walk-in Generation: Run organic and paid micro-campaigns designed to drive direct phone calls, form fills, and physical walk-ins.

Salary & Compensation Structure Overview

Overall CTC Budget Range: ₹1.8 Lakhs to ₹2.9 Lakhs PA (approx. ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month) inclusive of Fixed Base, Travel Allowance (TA), and Performance Incentives.
