Should have knowledge of team handling
Manage Team of Individuals of inbound and outbound process
Required Candidate profile:
Should be currently designated as a Team Leader for at least 1 year on paper. Must be very much aware about attrition, shrinkage & KPI. Candidate must be Graduate & proficient in English language.
Ready to work in rotational shifts
