Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate further interview rounds
Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Post job openings on various portals and social media platforms
Coordinate offer roll-out and support onboarding formalities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and meet hiring deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tracking systems
