Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker/ATS.




Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR is preferred but not mandatory).

Experience
0–1 Year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
