Role & responsibilities
Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Support salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
Assist with background verification and onboarding documentation.
Work on IT requirements, including Salesforce, Java, .NET, Cloud, QA, and other technical roles.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and recruitment vendors.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.

Preferred candidate profile




13 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
Valuable understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple open positions.
Experience hiring for technical roles is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
