Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (preferably computer science or similar)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
5- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment with overall 8+ year -10 yrs of experience
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Robust understanding of contemporary SDLC processes and tools, with experience in release management and change/incident management. Experience with Ticket creation, escalation,



and SDLC management processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive team culture.
Proficiency with Jira, custom filtering, and extensive reporting. Knowledge of Confluence or collaborating tools is desirable

Nice to have:
Exposure to teams working with client-facing SaaS products
Understanding of IT processes and challenges
Prior experience as a BA, PM, developer or a QA.
