Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

Develop and update job descriptions and job specification
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in end to end recruitment, stakeholder management, onboarding and robust communication and collaboration skills.
Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in managing real estate/construction of roles
