Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.
Handle HVAC project execution, installation, and commissioning of Clean Room Panels (CRP).
Monitor plant utility and machinery maintenance activities.
Maintain cleanroom HVAC systems as per GMP requirements.
Perform HVAC calculations including heat load, airflow, pressure differentials, and air balancing.
Operate and maintain AHU (Air Handling Units) and associated equipment.
Maintain and monitor HEPA, Fine, and Pre Filters, including replacement schedules and integrity checks.
Coordinate HVAC validation activities including Particle Count, Air Velocity, Differential Pressure, Temperature & Humidity Mapping.
Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists, and equipment history.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors during maintenance and project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
HVAC Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
5–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC Maintenance & Projects.
Experience in Pharma, Biopharma, Medical Device, Food Processing, or Cleanroom Manufacturing preferred.
