Roles & Responsibilities :
Identify, map and target potential clients within the Insurance / Insurance Broking industry for the given job profile.
Sourcing and Validating profiles through LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
Leverage recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SI tools and internal databases.
Understand the business needs of the clients and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value added services.
Coordinating with the potential candidates at different stages of their respective application procedure and keeping a robust follow up with them.
Assess candidates’ knowledge of insurance broking, client management,
and compliance.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging prospects within the given sector.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Preferably 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines.
