Job Title

Audio Visual (AV) Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Audio Visual (AV) industry across corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors.
Build and maintain solid relationships with AV retailers, distributors, contractors, system integrators, consultants, and OEM partners to expand the company's business network.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of AV products and technologies to recommend the right solutions for customer requirements.
Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates for AV projects.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle—from lead generation and solution design to project execution and after-sales support.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead identification, customer meetings, requirement gathering, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.
Source competitive pricing and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Stay updated on the latest AV technologies,



products, and market trends to identify recent business opportunities.
Support project implementation by coordinating equipment procurement, logistics, installation schedules, and commissioning activities.
Ensure successful project handover and provide ongoing after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, coordinating warranty services, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Work closely with management to develop and execute business growth strategies and achieve sales and profitability targets.
