Must have technical / qualified qualifications:
10+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, Powertrain, EV Tier 1
Positive exposure to Electronic Control Units (Body, Powertrain etc. ), control system, Traction Motor control etc.
Experience in project management, customer interfacing and Requirement gathering
Handling end to end solution development (ASW, BSW, HW, VV, functional safety)
Knowhow of networking and diagnostic protocols such as CAN, LIN, UDS, J1939, OBD etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with Architecture and design concepts, Model based development, Verification and Validation
Familiarity with automotive processes and standards such as ISO26262, AUTOSAR, ASPICE etc.
Knowhow of HW design and development
Passion for engineering - Ability/ Interest to work independently on current topics
