What You'll Do
Source and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
Assist in offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or any related discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
