We’re looking for someone who understands internet culture before it becomes a trend. Someone who can turn an idea into a narrative, a narrative into content, and content into a community.

This is an Independent Contributor (IC) role. You’ll own the social presence of Astrality.

What you’ll own
Social strategy across Instagram, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
Trend spotting and cultural research.
Creative direction for campaigns and launches.
Designing and creating reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
Tracking performance and evolving the content system instead of chasing vanity metrics.

You’re likely a fit if
The algorithm feels predictable to you.
You think in concepts, not templates.
Your references come from fashion, music, cinema, design, philosophy, and internet culture, not just marketing pages.
You can independently take an idea from strategy to execution.

Salary: 3 - 5 LPA

Location: NCR preferred.

Portfolio matters more than degrees.
