About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience and be passionate about identifying and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate data and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding coordination.

Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Skills

Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment.





Valuable sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Familiarity with ATS tools is an added advantage. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is preferred).

6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.

Understanding of technical skills and IT technologies is an advantage.

Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
