Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring across retail operations and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of closing positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
Hire for roles such as Area Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, Supply Chain, Corporate Functions, and other business-critical positions.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, onboarding, and recruitment MIS.
Manage onboarding coordination and verification for respective candidates.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with solid lateral hiring exposure.
Experience hiring for retail, e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, Tech or consumer businesses is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a rapid-paced setting.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
