Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Procure primary and secondary packaging components (bottles, caps, blisters, cartons, labels, foils) ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
Vendor Management: Identify, audit, and qualify suppliers in alignment with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and global regulatory bodies.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and payment terms to drive cost-saving initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Quality Assurance (QA), Packaging Development, and Production to validate material specifications and resolve supply bottlenecks.
Risk Mitigation:



Track inventory levels, develop backup vendors, and monitor supply chain continuity.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree. Preference with packaging diploma / Material management certification / Supply Chain Operations certification.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical procurement experience.
Competencies: Solid understanding of cGMP regulations, vendor qualification processes, and enterprise tools like SAP. MS Office
