Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid-level and senior-level positions.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Prepare job descriptions and assist with salary negotiations and offer management.

Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS platforms.

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements
7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging,



printing, or publishing industries is preferred.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Shine, and ATS platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Valuable understanding of Indian labor laws and recruitment compliance.

Qualifications
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
7–10 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
