Position: Team Lead Architect / Senior High-Rise Architect
Experience: 10 to 15+ years
Project Scope: High-rise residential or commercial building (G+15 floors and above)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) with valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Execution: Lead the architectural design process from initial concept, schematic design, and statutory approvals through to Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings and site execution.
High-Rise Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local building bylaws, National Building Code (NBC), fire safety norms, and structural/environmental clearances specific to high-rise structures.
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, façade specialists, and landscape architects to resolve design clashes.
Team Leadership: Mentor, guide,



and manage a team of junior and project architects, allocating tasks and reviewing technical output.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, verify design implementation, and resolve site queries.
Required Skills & Software
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of high-rise construction technology, contemporary building materials, and fire/wind load planning principles.
Software Mastery: Expert command over AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools (Lumion/V-Ray), alongside MS Project for scheduling.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication abilities to lead client and consultant meetings.
