Qualification : Diploma / BE - Mechanical/Mechatronics .

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing Quality.

Working Location: Karur & Coimbatore
Robust knowledge of fabrication (welding, sheet metal, structural) and machining processes.
Evaluate and approve suppliers for fabrication, welding, and machining operations.
Assess supplier capability for NDT processes and certifications.
Conduct initial and periodic supplier audits (process, system, and special processes).
Drive supplier development programs focusing on quality and process capability improvement
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment.
Review and approve NDT reports, film interpretations, and defect acceptance criteria.
Participate in failure analysis and defect characterization using NDT methods.
Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Track and ensure closure of supplier non-conformances.
Escalate critical quality issues impacting production or safety.




Ability to read and interpret Weld symbols and Isometric and fabrication drawings
Verify inspection reports, material certificates, and dimensional reports.
Ensure supplier compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
Experience in supplier audits and quality systems (AS 9100 / ISO 9001).
Knowledge on NDT Testing .
Knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME) – NDT Level –II is required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
