Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
Screene resumes and conducted initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintaine regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary offers and facilitated offer rollouts.
Ensure smooth pre-joining and onboarding processes.
Built and maintaine a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Poste job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Worked closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
