We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with positive spoken English to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services and generate leads.
Follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
Maintain call records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent.
0–1 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
Valuable spoken English.
Solid communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and a target-oriented mindset.
