Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for overdue Machine Loan payments and ensure timely collections.
Follow up on PTPs (Promise to Pay) and ensure payment commitments are fulfilled.
Identify cases requiring physical follow-up and assign cases to Field Collection Executives.
Coordinate with Field Executives and track assigned cases until resolution/collection.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, follow-ups, PTPs, payments and collection status.
Manage collection data and prepare daily/weekly MIS and trackers.
Monitor overdue accounts and escalate critical/non-responsive cases to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of customer and account-related issues.
Ensure adherence to company collection policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Tele Collections / Loan Collections / Banking / NBFC.
Experience in Machine Loans, MSME Loans or secured lending will be preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and collection systems.
Target-oriented with solid coordination and customer-handling skills.
