Experience: 1 to 3+ years operating CNC or VMC equipment (such as Fanuc or similar controllers).
Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Align and secure workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools.
Operation & Monitoring: Load G-code/M-code programs, run test cycles, and watch operations to spot errors.
Quality Control: Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers to measure finished parts against blueprints.
Adjustments: Change worn-out tools and update offsets or feed rates to keep parts within correct sizes.
Maintenance: Do routine daily cleanups and basic preventive care on the machine.
