Job Title: Tele Counsellor (Domestic)

Shift: Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Eligibility:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: 6 months – 5 years (Outbound calling preferred)
Age: 18 – 34 years
Languages: English & Kannada
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand) + performance-based hike

Job Role:
Make outbound calls to prospective students
Explain courses and generate interest
Invite candidates for free career counselling sessions
Follow up with leads to ensure center visits
Maintain effective communication and engagement

Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling & sales ability
