Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of conversion to a full time editor role based on performance

About Cineweds
Cineweds is a wedding photography and videography studio based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in cinematic, editorial-style wedding coverage across the Mumbai region. We are seeking a Wedding Video Editor Intern to assist in transforming raw footage into polished highlight reels, teasers, and full-length wedding films consistent with our signature visual style.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw wedding footage into highlight reels, short-format teasers, and full-length wedding films
Apply color grading, transitions, and sound design in accordance with the studio's cinematic brand style
Synchronize audio, music, and speeches with footage captured across multiple camera angles
Organize and maintain backups of raw footage and project files by wedding or event
Adhere to the studio's brand style guide and shot-selection standards
Deliver drafts within agreed timelines and incorporate revision feedback promptly
Provide occasional on-site support at weddings and events for footage handoff and secondary camera coverage
Candidate Requirements
Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage
A solid sense of pacing, narrative structure, and emotional tone in editing
Working knowledge of color correction and basic grading techniques
Demonstrated reliability in meeting delivery deadlines
Personal laptop capable of running skilled editing software
Prior experience editing wedding or event content is preferred but not mandatory; candidates will be evaluated primarily on demonstrated skill
Selection Process
Initial screening call to review experience and software proficiency
A trial assignment — candidates will edit a short raw clip into a 30–60 second reel consistent with our house style
