Job Overview:

We are hiring a Tele Recruiter / Tele Caller who will be responsible for hiring field workforce/field executives on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling bulk hiring and capable of closing positions quickly through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic screening and interviews for field executives
Manage bulk hiring and ensure daily closures
Source candidates through job portals, references, and databases
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and onboarding
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure candidate joining
Achieve daily hiring targets (minimum 10 candidates per day)





Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Diploma holder
Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
1–3 years of experience in tele calling or recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
Confident, proactive, and target-driven
Solid convincing and follow-up skills

In-hand Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 (Fixed)

Day Shift
Week Off: Sunday fixed + 2nd & 4th Saturday
