The candidate will be responsible for searching and downloading pharmaceutical tenders from GeM, CPPP, state government, hospitals, and other procurement portals.
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting online and offline tender bids within the specified timelines.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Regulatory, Accounts, Production, QC, and Logistics teams to collect the required documents and information.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs, compliance sheets, and other supporting documentation.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of submitted tenders, EMDs, Bank Guarantees, bid status, and awarded contracts.
The candidate will be responsible for tracking tender updates, corrigendums, clarifications, and supporting order execution documentation.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the tender database, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
The candidate should have valuable experience in the pharmaceutical tendering process.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with the GeM portal and other government e-procurement portals.
The candidate should have a valuable understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory documents, pricing, and tender requirements.
The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and robust documentation accuracy.
The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
The candidate should have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF tools, and online tender portals.
