Maintenance of Stocks in FIFO basis also to ensure the stocks are kept in a systematic way & neat & clean Labour work planning.
Following SOP & all the Policies.
Ensuring Physical Stock and book stock tallying.
Ensuring all Report are updated on daily basis and to be sent in time to concerns.
Optimum utilization of warehouse space, workers, Exploring Cost reductions, Training & developingteam etc.
