We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager FOR OUR CLIENT IN ABU DHABI to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in the PPE industry. The ideal candidate will bringstrong leadership, hands-on inventory expertise, and SAP system proficiency to ensure productive storage, handling, dispatch, and compliance of PPE products (safety equipment, protective gear,

etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage,

picking, packing, and dispatch of PPE materials.
Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation using SAP.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff (supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders) to maintain productivity and discipline.




Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, especially critical given the PPE product handling workplace.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for effective material flow.
Monitor and control warehouse costs, including labor, storage, and transportation expenses.
Maintain compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.
Handle vendor and transporter coordination for inbound/outbound logistics.
Prepare and present MIS reports, KPIs, and inventory dashboards to management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean warehousing, process automation).
Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively.
Ensure proper documentation for GRN, dispatch, returns, and stock transfers within

SAP.
