Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Water Jet Loom production department.
Ensure production targets, machine efficiency, and fabric quality are consistently achieved.
Supervise and guide machine operators and technicians.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
Monitor loom settings, production planning, and quality standards.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Prepare daily production, efficiency, and rejection reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Water Jet Loom machines and weaving processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. (Textile or Mechanical) or ITI with relevant experience.
Previous experience as a Water Jet Loom Incharge or Production Supervisor is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
