Primary Role & Responsibilities:
Phishing testing
CISO Dashboard integration
behavioral metrics
Training Metrics
Development and creation of education & training plan, e-learning and targeted training

Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
Experience of conducting phishing testing/phishing testing platforms.
Data platforms including Tableau/Excel/PowerApps.
Problem Solving
Creating data visualizations, dashboards and reports.
Experience in vendor management.
Knowledge of Agile methods.
Robust training content experience
Stake holder management and engagement experience at senior level
Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions
