Salary: 4.5 to 5.0 CTC Annual
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet production goals.
Coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure productive workflow and quality control.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Implement production schedules, optimize processes, and oversee equipment maintenance.
Monitor production output, maintain accurate records, and generate performance reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose solutions for increased efficiency.
