We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our products, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Achieve daily and weekly call targets as set by management
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers

Skills and Qualifications




Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Robust listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks
Solid persuasive skills and ability to motivate customers to make a purchase
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or customer service is a plus
