The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over phone, generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the sales team. ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle customer inquiries professionally. Follow up on leads and quotations. Maintain customer records and call logs. Coordinate with the sales team for order updates. Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

RequirementsFemale candidates only. Positive communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but freshers are also welcome.
