Responsibilities
Oversee the casting and forging processes to ensure optimal production
Conduct quality control inspections on finished products
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production techniques
Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and management
Lead training sessions for junior staff on equipment operation
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in steel manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of casting and forging techniques
Proficiency in production management software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace
Solid understanding of safety regulations in industrial operations
